🎫How to add an item to your digital store

  1. Click on the ‘menu icon’ on the top left hand of the screen

  2. Click on ‘inventory management’

  3. Click on the ‘plus button’ on the bottom left of the screen

  4. Click on ‘add item’

  5. Fill the ‘item name’, ‘Category’, select ‘sell by unit’ or ‘sell by fraction’ depending on the product

  6. Add price per unit

  7. Click the colour circle below to add product image form gallery or snap a photo

  8. Advanced setup - click on ‘Advance’

  9. Add ‘variant name or item name’

  10. Price, if you have not added already and check the ‘Track profit’ if you want the system to calculate your profit for each item

  11. Add stick available and check ‘Low stock alerts’ to set when the system would alert you about when the stock would expire

  12. Check ‘auto update stock on item sales’

  13. Check ‘Barcode’ to add items by barcodes

  14. Check ‘Track expiry’

  15. Add Tax if applicable in your business

  16. Click the green save button on the top left hand side
