SpaceMall is committed to providing you with your digital store where you enlist your product/services, make sales, track it, and keep tabs on your customers and staff
Big supermarkets like Shoprite (everybody knows that) enlist their products on their computer, so that when you go there to shop, you will have to check out from any of the available cashiers, who will, in turn, scan each product you have picked, give you the total amount of your goods, ask for your mode of payment, and issue you a receipt for your purchased goods.
Oya, let's rewind a bit. what happened is
No sales can happen in big stores like Shoprite without scanning with the system, this helps them to keep track of what they have in stock. what is sold vs what is remaining
When sales are made to you, a receipt is issued to you, on the receipt is the name of the staff that sold to you in case anything happens with your purchase. it also has on it the date and time, alongside all the item purchase. this keeps track of every sale i.e.
who made sales
what item was purchased
when did the purchase occur
and in some cases, who purchased from their store. they can decide to reward the buyer with coupons, discounts, or simply just to know more about their customer and preferences.
There is a stigma that only big stores like Shoprite can actually run their operations in that manner
There is good news!
Spacemall has made it possible for small & medium businesses that sell one or two products/services to basic store owners to run their operations the way the big store does it, and you only need your smartphone for it.

by providing you with a digital store. you can enlist all your product on your digital store, classify them into categories, and when your customers come to buy from you, just the way the cashier does it, you can sell to them from your smartphone. and by so doing

As an SME, you need to prioritize your customers, Your digital store has a tab for that. you will be able to add your customers and attend to them based on their preferences (what they like to buy most, the last time they patronised you, and how to serve them best) you can even keep tabs on their date of birth, so they know you care about them as your customer. and for customers that like to owe you, you can manage them successfully.

based on what you have in stock vs what has been sold, there is an overview dashboard that gives you a summary of your day-to-day sales, letting you know your profit, even before your final sales of an item in your digital store.

Just the way you can publish online, spacemall lets your digital store own space in a metaverse mall, so in a virtual world, your customers will still buy from you.
